Conclusion of the contract

The contract for the sale and purchase of goods is considered concluded from the moment the Buyer submits an order in the online store and receives confirmation of the order acceptance from the Seller by email.

The final purchase and sale contract shall enter into force when the Seller submits an invoice and the Buyer pays it. The contract shall remain in force until the obligations have been fulfilled in full.

Ordering goods

  1. Select the desired product and quantity and click the “Add to cart” button.
  2. In the shopping cart, you can:
    • view the list of goods,
    • change the quantities,
    • remove items.
  3. After clicking on the “Proceed to checkout” button, fill in your contact and delivery details.
  4. Once the order is confirmed, the Buyer will receive a confirmation email, followed by an invoice.

Important: Goods are not reserved until the Seller confirms the order and provides an invoice. In some cases, it may turn out that we no longer have certain goods in stock – the Buyer will be informed of this individually.

Payment

Payment is not made directly in the online store. Placing an order does not oblige the Buyer to pay immediately. Upon receiving the invoice, the Buyer pays for the selected goods through their bank.
