Return policy – Applies only to new goods

Non-food items purchased from the Audedogastro.com online store can be returned within 14 days of receipt. To return goods, please submit a free-form request by email to mbaudedo@gmail.com. Be sure to attach a document confirming the purchase of the goods to the request, otherwise the return will not be accepted.

Only unopened and undamaged goods in their original packaging will be accepted for return, provided that the appearance of the goods has not been altered or otherwise damaged.

The costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the Buyer, except in cases where defective goods are returned.

If you wish to exchange an item, it will be exchanged for another item of the same value. If you wish to exchange it for a more expensive item, you agree to cover the difference in price. The exchange order will only be processed after payment for the difference in price has been received. If you are exchanging for goods of a lower value, we will cover the difference no later than within 5 (five) business days after the exchange order is sent.

Please note! The exchange of goods will only begin once the goods to be exchanged have been received, except in cases where the goods to be exchanged cannot be returned.

High-quality goods cannot be exchanged or returned in the following and other cases provided for in Articles 6.228-10 of the Civil Code:

If the goods are goods manufactured according to the user’s specific instructions, which are not pre-manufactured and which are manufactured according to the user’s personal choice or instructions, or goods that are clearly adapted to the user’s personal needs;

If the goods are perishable or have a short shelf life;

If the packaged goods have been unpacked after delivery and are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons;

Goods which, due to their nature, are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.
