5.5. The Data Controller undertakes to respond to all questions or instructions no later than within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of the request, by performing the actions specified in the request or by refusing to perform them. In exceptional cases, depending on the complexity and number of requests, the specified period may be extended by another 14 (fourteen) calendar days. In such a case, within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of receipt of the request, the Data Controller shall inform the Data Subject of such an extension and provide the reasons for the delay.

The Data Controller may not provide Data Subjects with the conditions to exercise the above rights, except for refusal to process personal data by direct marketing, when required by law, it is necessary to ensure the prevention, investigation, and detection of crimes, violations of official or professional ethics, as well as the protection of the rights and freedoms of the data subject or other persons.
