In such a case, within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of receipt of the request, the Data Controller shall inform the Data Subject of such an extension and provide the reasons for the delay.

The Data Controller may not provide Data Subjects with the conditions to exercise the above rights, except for refusal to process personal data by direct marketing, when required by law, it is necessary to ensure the prevention, investigation, and detection of crimes, violations of official or professional ethics, as well as the protection of the rights and freedoms of the data subject or other persons.
